We will explore Curvy-friendly sequences, learn to understand the curvy body on the mat and gain confidence in teaching students of all sizes.

We will discuss marketing to a curvy market and making your classes Curvy Friendly! Participants will gain the rights to the Curvy Friendly logo for use in marketing.
