  1. This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear this morning. Compassion, being more than your body, the fact that there are ups and downs in any journey. Yes! After a day of self hate and bingeing I’m going to stop the self hate and realise yesterday was just one of those downs on a journey worth resuming.

    1. I’ve totally been there, Chris! I think it’s such a kind thing to see it as just part of the journey; I feel the same way. It’s all a process, and it’s natural that there are ups and downs. Here’s to a new day!
