Meet Our Guest, Paige Lichens

PaigePaige Lichens, E-RYT 500, is a registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher who has also completed training with YoKids, Prenatal Teacher Training and more. She specializes in teaching those new to yoga or returning to reground their practice or those that need modification due to change or injury. Paige sees yoga as more than a workout; it’s a “work-in.” The best kind of yoga is the one you can do each day.
