Okay, so I don’t know about you, but sometimes I find listening to my body . . . really challenging (and that’s putting it nicely!). And even when I do catch a glimpse of something my body is telling me during my practice, I just as often resist, ignore or forget it as listen to it.
So in today’s episode I’m sharing with you one of my personal practices that helps me dive a little deeper into what I learn on the mat — journaling my practice. With just a few simple questions and minutes, it’s amazing what can come up!
I also have a guided meditation for you where I simply say each question and give you a minute or so after for writing and reflection. You can just turn this on after your practice and be ready to roll!
