It’s the time of year for . . . decluttering! But have you ever considered what it would mean to declutter your body acceptance? Maybe you’re hanging onto some old beliefs that it’s time to let go of, ideas about what body acceptance “should” look like, or even some input (social media, magazines, comments from others) you could minimize.
