Welcome in the change of season with a specialized 60 minute yoga sequence to honor the perfectly balanced light and dark – day and night! During our resting pose/savasana I will perform healing energy (aka. Reiki) on all those that have attended. Essential oils will be diffused and a seasonally specific music selection will guide us through class. After we’ve shared our yoga practice together, we’ll sit together in a circle, have a cup of tea and seasonal snacks, and discuss what the change in season means to us and some self-care strategies to guide us through this season of release. This 90 minute class is suitable for all abilities, skill levels, shapes and sizes!
