On the podcast this week we’re sharing:
- Our highs/lows
- An interview with one of our Curvy Yoga teachers, Beth Silvers, who is also a co-host of the Pantsuit Politics and The Nuanced Life podcasts. We talk about how yoga isn’t about being good at it or not good at it, what body acceptance looks like for Beth, and how to use yoga to check in more (as opposed to less) to the world around you. It’s such a great conversation!
- A resource we love
- And, our gratitude for the week!
