Your first kiss. Getting your driver’s license. Graduation. Your first (real) paycheck. And for some of us — earning your yoga teacher certification. YES! If you want to teach yoga your way — creating sanctuary-esque class spaces that make everyone feel welcomed, honored & included — the Curvy Yoga ACCELERATION program might be the perfect launchpad for your yoga-tastic career. You’ll complete 200 hours of foundational training — the mandatory coursework to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and get paid to teach. On top of your foundational anatomy, physiology, philosophy, ethics & practical teaching, you’ll also learn how to make your classes inviting & exciting for bigger-bodied students . . . and get certified as a Curvy Yoga instructor.

Curvy Yoga ACCELERATION is an intensive 200hr program (registered with Yoga Alliance), with classes in Nashville, TN (aka, Curvy Yoga HQ!) as well as at-a-distance coaching & coursework.
“Curvy Yoga Acceleration has given me the confidence to safely and effectively offer yoga to anyone, with any body type and any level of ability.” ~Liz Eskridge, Spring 2013 graduate
