Throughout this body positive 5-day immersion, we will explore how yoga can be a tool for accepting the body you have today (yes, even yours!).

- Learn in-depth curvy pose options for all pose categories (standing, balance, forward bend, back bend, inversion).
- Build your body positive toolbox, so you’ll have yoga-informed methods at the ready.
- Restore, while showing your body the love it deserves.
- Create your own inner resource list to have at the ready.
- Be supported by a loving, affirming community (the power of this truly cannot be overstated).
- Take your body acceptance and yoga practices to the next level of loving awareness if you’ve been at them for a while already.
- Discover and develop the role of body positive meditation in your life.
