Oof. Setting boundaries can be SO hard! I’ve only started to learn more about my own boundaries in the past few years — largely thanks to what I’ve learned from using props and various pose options in my yoga practice.
In today’s episode of the podcast I’m talking about the “props” I’ve been using to get unhooked from checking social media every 2 seconds, as well as how I apply that idea to other areas where I want to put boundaries in place or change them.
