I truly cannot believe I haven’t shared this strategy with you yet, but I’m so happy to be doing so.
In this episode I’m talking about how writing myself reminders of how to get through challenging situations that present themselves time and again in my life (feeling negative about my body, my creative process, when I feel anxious) has empowered me so much and help me move through these situations with more ease.
