What is a minimalist approach to yoga?
Over the past year or so, I’ve been learning quite a bit about minimalism and applying it to my life. What it has helped me do is get extremely clear about what’s important to me and why.
In this episode, I talk about how minimalism has shown up for me, how it’s trickled into my yoga practice and what a minimalist approach to yoga might mean for you.

Funny, I got myself in a money/time/life jam and this past January realized I needed some space and “found” minimalism! Another great podcast is Slow Your Home that talks about simple/slow living and has the same idea about minimalism, that its about culling the white noise to get to the important things. Thanks for this Anna!
I’ll have to check that out — thank you!!
Anna, just had to tell you that all of your podcasts this season are coming at the time I need to hear them. Literally the day after I decided that I needed to simplify my life down to my top five priorities, here is your podcast telling me how beneficial this is. Thank you for your amazing work, and sharing so much of your journey with the rest of us!
Oh, how cool! Why am I not surprised we’re in sync? 🙂
